This year 2008. Eurovision Song Contest will be taking place at Belgrade, capitol of Serbia. It will be the 53rd running of the Eurovision Song Contest. According to statistics, a record number of 43 countries will be represented at the upcoming Eurovision Song contest. The rules of contest are a little bit changed, and this year for the first time, the Eurovision Song Contest will have two Semi-Finals!
